Rhamnolipid biosurfactant, the English name Rhamnolipid, is a biological metabolic substance produced by Pseudomonas, It is a glycolipid surfactant. "Rhamnolipid" as called is not a single structure, but a mixture consist of a variety of rhamnolipid congeners.
